The Rhums
THE HOUSE FOUNDATION

The House’s first AOC rhum vieux brings together rhums aged for three years in ex-bourbon, French oak and ex-cognac casks. A balance of finesse and complexity, introducing the aged rhums of Braud & Quennesson.

A blend of rhums matured in new French oak, ex-bourbon and ex-cognac casks. Cooked-fruit notes meet integrated oak in an expression that recalls the world of cognac.

This wood-rested rhum combines finesse and character. Spice and silky tannins shape a precise profile, marked by elegant cask maturation.

Rhums matured in new French oak and ex-bourbon casks come together in a rounded, generous blend. An introduction to the Cellar Signatures that also lends itself to cocktails.

Made from cane grown in Fond-Poterie’s clay-rich soils, this rhum reveals a generous character. Ripe tropical fruit and honeyed notes offer a rich expression of the parcel.

The predominantly limestone soils of the Lyon parcel give rise to a forthright, expressive rhum. Its fruity, floral palette combines aromatic depth with precision.

A signature expression of Braud & Quennesson, Cap 50° carries the character of the Grand-Fonds terroir. Its pure, elegant style makes it a reference point within the Caps range.

Cap 55° combines power and spicy notes with the generosity characteristic of southern Martinique’s rhums. An expressive rhum particularly well suited to ti-punch.

The highest strength in the Caps range reveals a complex rhum with a delicate mineral thread. An expression where intensity leaves room for finesse.

Blended from several estate parcels, Cap 45° lends itself to the art of the cocktail. From classic recipes to contemporary creations, it offers another way to discover the House’s rhums.
THE HOUSE’S OTHER FACE

Nine months of full maturation in a former mezcal cask give Humo its character. Sugar cane meets the imprint of agave in the powerful expression that launched the Capsules project.

After two years and three months in a former cognac cask, Pyrus spends a further nine months in a Williams pear eau-de-vie cask. This sequence creates a fresh, generous profile with an unexpected fruity expression.

Created exclusively for the 40th anniversary of the Jardins de Balata, this AOC white rhum agricole highlights floral and lemon notes. Fresh cane and vegetal nuances unfold on a supple palate with a hint of spice.

Created especially in tribute to the French Armed Forces in the Antilles, this cuvée brings together cane from three parcels of the 2023 harvest. Matured for two years and two months in a single former Tennessee whiskey cask, it is limited to 250 bottles.

Born from a collaboration with Impérium Caraïbes, an artisanal tobacco and cigar producer in Martinique, this cask-strength rhum at 62.5% brings together dark chocolate, vanilla, toasted hazelnut and roasted coffee. A rich palate leads to a long, smooth finish.

This AOC white rhum agricole wears the colours of Entraide Marine in an edition limited to 1,500 bottles. Part of the proceeds supports the association’s work with French Navy families and injured personnel.

This Martinique AOC white rhum agricole is one of the House’s earliest limited editions. Its label is dedicated to Fort Saint-Louis, home to the French Navy’s naval base in Fort-de-France.
